BENEFIT FROM INDIVIDUAL ADVICE
What drives me
As a lawyer specializing in intellectual property and IT law, I understand the importance of considering each individual case individually, as opposed to the increasing number of mass settlements. Particularly in the area of trademark law, I have witnessed over the course of my career the drastic impact of detailed treatment a brand has for the long-term success of the company.
Your company is not like others and should therefore not be given standardized advice. With individual legal advice, you create the basis for an economically successful future

The cost of my fee
The fear of high legal fees prevents many people from seeking legal advice.
Consulting doesn't have to be expensive. Generally speaking, the amount of legal fees depends on the value in dispute. For example, if the parties are disputing a sum of €3,000, that is also the value in dispute. The legal fees are then based on the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), unless otherwise agreed.
So don't hesitate to ask directly about the costs involved. We'd be happy to work with you to determine your consulting needs and the associated costs.
