Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexware.de\/wissen\/marketing-vertrieb\/marke\/\">marque<\/a> Les marques peuvent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es sous la forme d&#039;un logo, d&#039;un nom, d&#039;une raison sociale ou d&#039;une suite de caract\u00e8res. Le droit des marques constitue le fondement juridique de la protection des marques dans les transactions commerciales. Les droits sur les marques sont \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;enregistrement d&#039;une marque conf\u00e8re \u00e0 son titulaire des droits de monopole, comparables \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;un objet physique. Le titulaire de la marque peut interdire \u00e0 des tiers d&#039;utiliser sa marque pour les produits et\/ou services enregistr\u00e9s dans le cadre de son activit\u00e9 commerciale.
